How To Stay Physically/Mentally Fit!

  • maintain healthy relationships (with friends, family, and your significant other ;))
  • sleep
  • eat well! (aim for healthy food for 90% of your meals, pig out on the rest!)
  • limit fast food to once per week
  • keep an active love live
  • laugh.
  • be happy!
  • wake up early, don't be lazy
  • exercise 3x per week
  • drink lots of water
  • keep optimistic no matter the situation
  • love.
